Policy Development
Entrust is most distinctive with its policy development contributions. We provide resources, knowledge and skills that enable us to create a solid policy framework for SMEs by proposing adequate policy formulation mechanism and processes based on best practices as well as the realities of the local communities. Known for our proficient expertise, Entrust was contracted by GTZ and the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation to develop the National Strategy for SME Development for the Republic of Yemen and to implement a strategy formulation process. Entrust was also proud to take part in developing Egypt’s first Small and Micro Enterprise Development Strategy; we coordinated a task force from the Social Fund for Development, and a team of international and local consultants to develop it. Entrust also headed an international consortium which was selected to develop Egypt's national strategy for the development of national clusters.
